if she
doesn't fit.
we'd rather you stay because she earned it. if she didn't, we'll refund — within reason, without a maze.
i. the short answer.
- monthly: if you cancel within 7 days of a new charge and used fewer than 5 try-ons that period, full refund.
- annual: if you cancel within 14 days of the charge and used fewer than 10 try-ons, full refund. after that, prorated to the day.
- founding seats:the free months earned via the waitlist are gifts — there's nothing to refund. if your first paid month starts and she misses, see above.
ii. how to ask.
write to [email protected]with the email on the account. include the date of charge and a line on what went sideways — not because we'll grill you, but because that line is how she gets better.
we reply by the next working day, usually faster. the refund hits within 3–10 business days depending on which bank holds the string.
iii. the appley fine print.
iOS subscriptions are billed by Apple, and Apple handles iOS refunds directly via reportaproblem.apple.com. we'll happily walk you through it if you write us first. same for Google Play on Android.
iv. when we won't refund.
- after the windows above, on annual plans we prorate, not refund.
- accounts terminated for abusive use of the service (impersonation, automated scraping, deliberate fair-use breach) — see terms for the full list.
- third-party purchases (a dress you tried-on and then bought elsewhere) — we're not the retailer; that's between you and them.
v. the spirit of it.
we'd rather have a paying user who loves the service than one who feels stuck. if you're asking for a refund because she didn't earn her keep — write us. we'll figure it out.
